I'm so grateful to be running an online business that focuses on an industry I love - Personal development and growth.
To pair business and leadership with inner transformation has always been my passion. I see the difference it makes on all levels both professionally and personally in people’s lives.
I have had the privilege to coach, mentor and lead amazing women and men within extraordinary businesses - but I was ready to evolve past the fast paced hustle I had known for so long. This business brought me a new and unexpected level of success and fulfillment.
I’ve been able to spend more time with the friends and family I love so dearly. I can continue to coach clients on other topics such as wellness, leadership, spirituality and more. I no longer feel burnt out but instead re-invigorated - which means I have more time and energy for things I love like yoga, nature, jewelry and drumming.
This manifestation has been a fun and fruitful "path to aliveness"!

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE:
I was doing well and loving the team I had built - but for some reason I didn't feel like I was THRIVING anymore. Not in the way I KNEW was POSSIBLE.
I have always worked for amazing businesses that were up to big things. I’ve been a corporate leadership coach for one of the TOP computer chip companies in the world. I was a Miracles Coach with the Joe Vitale program based on the movie The Secret. I’ve launched several high end hotels and went on to co-create the top Functional Medicine Wellness Center in my state - a multi-location business that transformed countless lives.
But I could no longer ignore the BIG nudge within to explore new ways to learn, grow and utilize my skills. I was ready to step beyond the high intensity pace that came with work that felt like it was always "on". My body and spirit were ready for more space, freedom, time and flexibility to take care of myself and be a free spirit for the first time in 25 years.
THE BOOK THAT LED ME TO SUCCESS: There are so many! I have an entire meditation, yoga and personal development studio filled with self-awareness books.
When I was 18 years old my mother began my journey of self-discovery with the book "Journey to the Heart" by Melanie Beattie. This book initiated my inner work and a deeper self-love.
When I worked for the Miracles Coaching Program, connected to the movie The Secret in the early 90's, I was mentored and trained by top leaders in the field of Law of Attraction and Quantum work at the time. Books / authors such as Zero Limits, Wealth Beyond Reason, Expect Miracles, Happy for no reason, Thought Vibration, Joe Dispenza, Mike Dooley, Neville Goddard and more. My life transformed personally and professionally. It became the lens through which I saw the world and life altered!
Now I read enriching transformation books by Henri Nouwen, Mirabai Starr, Debbie Ford, Miranda McPherson and many more
Books help me think beyond limits to a limitless life!

THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BOOM:
I'm grateful for my roots and for every business I’ve had the privilege to lead, mentor, coach and help build. But in my late 40's I could feel a new season of my life stirring. Change and transition was knocking at my heart and soul in a BIG way and I could no longer ignore it. It was time to LEAP from that comfortable and familiar place.
The truth is, I’d always felt a calling to do something of my own. But I held back. It always felt like it would be “hard”. It was easier to stay settled as one of the top executives in thriving, well established companies than to risk stepping into the unknown. Well I RISKED! I made the LEAP! And it has paid off.
I left the six-figure job that I enjoyed in search of something that wouldn’t just sustain me - but would challenge me, awaken me, and ignite the fullest, most alive version of who I am here to be.
I always wanted my own business and this opportunity made it so step by step user friendly. I was a Social Worker for Mental Health in 2000 and my now teacher came to our clinic with a bunch of drums to give us "self-care" time. Drumming is empowering and soulful.
